Pregătește o pizza de Halloween cu adevărat spectaculoasă și delicioasă! Această rețetă combină gustul autentic de prosciutto crudo și mozzarella cu un decor creativ: fantome din brânză și păianjeni din măsline negre. Este cina perfectă pentru o seară tematică alături de copii sau prieteni, fiind gata în doar 40 de minute. O combinație de arome italienești într-o prezentare de groază... de bună!

Finely chop the red onion and sauté it in a tablespoon of olive oil until golden. Add the crushed garlic and sauté briefly. Add the peeled tomatoes, Herbes de Provence, salt, and pepper. Let the sauce simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes, until most of the liquid has reduced.

Remove the sauce from the heat and stir in the crème fraîche. Blend everything with a hand blender until smooth. Roll out the pizza dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Decoration and baking

Spread the prepared sauce over the dough. Arrange the prosciutto crudo slices. Cut the mozzarella into shapes resembling small ghosts and place them on the pizza. Use the black olives to create the ghosts' faces and to form spiders (half an olive for the body and thin strips for the legs).

Chef's tip

If you want a spicier sauce, you can add a pinch of chili flakes while the tomatoes are simmering.

For kids, you can use cookie cutters to cut the mozzarella into various themed shapes.
