Un dip cremos și răcoritor, perfect pentru gustări rapide sau ca acompaniament pentru legume proaspete și carne la grătar. Combinația de brânză de vaci și smântână fermentată oferă o textură fină, în timp ce ceapa ciorască aduce o notă verde și proaspătă.

  • 190 g of fermented cream
  • 150 g of fresh cottage cheese
  • 1 clove of fresh garlic
  • 1 bunch of fresh chives
  • 1 pinch of iodized table salt
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper

Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Wash the chives thoroughly, dry them, and chop them finely.

In a large bowl, mix the fresh cottage cheese with the fermented cream until smooth. Incorporate the chopped chives and crushed garlic.

Season the dip with salt and pepper to taste. It is recommended to serve it with vegetable sticks or toasted bread.

Chef's tip

For a more intense flavor, leave the dip in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
