Preparation method

Coleslaw salad preparation

Cut the white cabbage into very fine strips and grate the carrot. In a bowl, mix the vegetables with mayonnaise, salt, freshly ground pepper, and apple cider vinegar until the mixture is homogeneous.

Meat and bun preparation

Heat the pulled beef in a pan or on the grill. Season with granulated garlic, smoked paprika, and BBQ sauce. If the meat seems too dry, add a tablespoon of butter and a little water or broth to restore its juiciness.

Cut the burger bun in half and spread with the remaining butter. Fry the halves in a pan until golden and crispy.
