- 3 large lemons
- 1 medium orange (approx. 200 g)
- 200 g fresh ginger
- 50 g liquid polyfloral honey
Start by peeling the lemons and orange. Peel the ginger (it's not necessary to completely remove the skin, just the rougher areas). Prepare a blender, add the peeled lemons, orange, and ginger, then blend everything until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Strain the resulting mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth. Into the obtained liquid, incorporate the honey and mix well until it dissolves. Pour the drink into an airtight container.
Store the drink in the refrigerator, where it will last for 3–4 days. It is recommended to consume 20–30 ml (approximately 2 tablespoons) every morning.
Chef's tip
For a more intense flavor, you can add a pinch of cayenne pepper or turmeric. If the shot is too concentrated, you can dilute it with a little still water.
