- 120 g of tender beef (pulled beef)
- 100 g of fresh white cabbage
- 50 g of tomatoes on the vine
- 40 g of sliced cheddar cheese
- 60 g of mayonnaise
- 1 g of granulated garlic
- 10 g of BBQ sauce
- 1 g of smoked paprika
- 1 handful of mixed green salad
- 1 piece of pickled cucumber in vinegar
- 1 piece of burger bun
- 10 g of fresh carrot
- 10 ml of apple cider vinegar
- 5 g of iodized table salt
- 5 g of granulated sugar
- 10 black peppercorns
- 50 g of unsalted butter
Cut the cabbage into fine strips, add the grated carrot, mayonnaise, salt, and freshly ground pepper. Mix well and season with apple cider vinegar to make the Coleslaw salad.
Heat the tender beef (pulled beef) in a pan or on the grill. Season with granulated garlic, smoked paprika, and BBQ sauce. If the meat seems too dry while heating, add a little broth or a tablespoon of butter.
Butter the burger buns and lightly toast them. Assemble the burger in the following order: bun base, Coleslaw salad, mixed green salad, tender beef, cheddar slices, tomatoes, and pickled cucumber. Cover with the other half of the bun.
