Preparing the ginger infusion
Peel the ginger and cut it into small pieces. Pour about 200 ml of boiling water over it and let it infuse for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, strain the water, add the brown sugar, stir until dissolved, and let the infusion cool down completely.
Assembling the lemonade
Cut the cucumber into thin slices and the canned pear into small cubes.
Chef's tip
For a special visual effect, use a vegetable peeler to cut the cucumber into long, thin ribbons and place them against the inside walls of the glass.
