O prăjitură delicioasă și răcoritoare, fără coacere, care îmbină textura crocantă a biscuiților graham cu finețea a trei straturi de budincă: vanilie, caramel și ciocolată. Îndulcită natural cu miere, este desertul perfect pentru întreaga familie, fiind gata în doar câteva minute de preparare activă.
Preparation method
Prepare a round baking pan (22 cm in diameter) and line it with baking paper.
Prepare the crust: finely grind the graham crackers in a blender. Add the melted margarine (or butter) and 150 ml of the total amount of milk, then mix until the ingredients are combined. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and press it evenly onto the bottom of the pan using a glass or your hand.
Prepare the filling: in a larger pot, bring 400 ml of milk to a boil over low to medium heat. Put the remaining 250 ml of milk in a cup and mix it with the 3 types of pudding powder (52 g of each variety) using a whisk, until smooth. When the milk in the pot is warm, pour in the pudding mixture, add the 2 tablespoons of honey, and let it boil for 1-2 minutes, stirring continuously, until the mixture thickens.
Chef's tip
For a more spectacular look, you can pour the puddings one by one, allowing each layer to set slightly before adding the next, thus creating a colored layered effect.
