Preparation method
Prepare two glasses: a large cocktail glass (Coupette or Martini type) and a smaller one for the sparkling wine. Chill both glasses by adding a few ice cubes or placing them in the freezer for a few minutes.
Fill a shaker three-quarters full with ice and add the vanilla vodka, passion fruit liqueur, passion fruit syrup, and fresh lemon juice.
Close the shaker tightly and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds, until a fine and creamy foam forms on the surface.
Chef's tip
Sparkling wine (prosecco) is traditionally drunk separately, just before the first sip of the cocktail, or alternatively, as a refreshing palate cleanser.
