  • 400g Breadcrumbs
  • 200g flour
  • Sunflower oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • 600g mushrooms

Preparation

    Clean the mushrooms and dredge them in flour, then in beaten and salted egg, then in breadcrumbs. Pour a generous amount of oil into a deep pan over medium heat, and deep-fry the mushrooms.

Recommendation

    The mushrooms will be tastier and crispier if you add 50 ml of low-alcohol beer to the beaten eggs. Fried mushrooms are served with tartar sauce.
