Ingredients
Preparation method
Preparing the marinade
In a large bowl, mix the lager with the classic mustard, sunflower oil, dried thyme, and sweet paprika.
Peel and crush the garlic cloves, then add them to the bowl along with the table salt and ground black pepper. Mix the ingredients thoroughly with a whisk or a fork.
Marinating the meat
Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture, then place them in a deep glass or ceramic dish.
Chef's tip
The enzymes in the beer and the mild acidity of the mustard help break down the tough fibers in the pork chops, ensuring exceptionally tender and juicy meat.
Always use tongs to flip the chops on the grill; piercing them with a fork lets the natural juices escape, drying out the meat.
