Sezamo
Un mic dejun cald, rumen și reconfortant, inspirat din bucătăria românească de toamnă: chifle rumenite la cuptor, umplute cu ouă proaspete, smântână grasă, cașcaval topit și verdețuri aromate.

Preparation method
Preparing the bread rolls and filling
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut a thin top off each bread roll and carefully scoop out the soft crumb with your fingers, leaving walls and a base about 1 cm thick to form sturdy little nests.
Spread soft butter inside each bread roll, then place a generous tablespoon of sour cream and a layer of grated yellow cheese at the base of each. Sprinkle with a little finely chopped green onion and fresh dill.
Assembling and baking
Carefully crack a whole egg into each bread roll, making sure the yolk remains intact. Season each egg with a pinch of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Add another teaspoon of sour cream on top and cover with the remaining grated yellow cheese.
Chef's tip
If you prefer a softer, runny yolk, bake the rolls for 14-15 minutes; for a well-done egg, leave them for 18-20 minutes. The scooped-out crumb can be turned into seasoned croutons for soups or salads.
