Clătite pufoase cu iaurt și banane, o variantă sănătoasă și rapidă pentru micul dejun, gata în doar 25 de minute. Combinația perfectă de banane, iaurt grecesc și scorțișoară.

Peel the bananas and cut them into round slices about 3 mm thick.
In a bowl, thoroughly mix the Greek yogurt, egg, vanilla essence, and 2 tablespoons of cold water. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Incorporate the dry mixture into the yogurt mixture and mix until you get a smooth batter.
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Place a tablespoon of batter in the pan to form pancakes with a diameter of 6–8 cm. While they are frying, place 3 banana slices on each pancake. When the bottom turns golden, flip them and fry until nicely browned on the other side.
