Preheat the oven to 200 °C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

In a small bowl, add the breadcrumbs, pour in 80 ml of milk, and let it absorb completely.

Meanwhile, prepare the potatoes: peel them, cut them into wedges in a large bowl, and mix them with sweet paprika, thyme, 2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil, salt, and pepper to taste. Spread the seasoned potatoes on the prepared tray and bake for 20 minutes at 195–200 °C.
