Preparation method

Prepare a silicone mold for 12 muffins. Melt the chocolate together with the 2 teaspoons of coconut oil in a bain-marie. Meanwhile, cut the banana into 12 equal slices.

Distribute approximately 180 g of the melted chocolate into the muffin molds, then add a banana slice and a portion of peanut butter to each. Place the mold in the freezer for 5-10 minutes.

Remove the mold and pour the remaining melted chocolate over each cup. Place back in the freezer for another 10-15 minutes before serving.
Chef's tip
For a special touch, you can sprinkle a little sea salt over the chocolate before placing it in the freezer for the second time.
