Pork Chop

Remove the meat from the refrigerator at least 2 hours before grilling to bring it to room temperature.

Brush the chops with a little oil on both sides. Tenderize and add pepper.

Grill for 5 to 10 minutes on each side, depending on how hot your grill is and how you like your meat cooked.
