- 200 g of chocolate
- 450 g of kataif dough
- 200 g of pistachio cream
- 100 g of butter
Instructions
- 1The first step is to bring the kataif dough to room temperature, without removing it from its packaging.
- 2After that, take out the chocolate and put it in a heat-resistant bag. Place the bag with chocolate in a bowl of warm water.
- 3While melting the chocolate, shred the kataif dough.
- 4In a hot pan, melt butter and brown the kataif.
- 5Once the kataif is browned, remove it and mix it with the pistachio cream until well combined.
- 6After melting the chocolate, pour a first layer into a silicone mold.
- 7Over the first layer, add the pistachio and kataif filling.
- 8Cover the first layer and the filling with chocolate.
- 9Refrigerate for 30 minutes - 1 hour.
- 10You can use any type of chocolate you wish.
