  • 450 g of kataif dough
  • 200 g of pistachio cream
  • 100 g of butter

    The first step is to bring the kataif dough to room temperature, without removing it from its packaging.

    After that, take out the chocolate and put it in a heat-resistant bag. Place the bag with chocolate in a bowl of warm water.

    While melting the chocolate, shred the kataif dough.

    In a hot pan, melt butter and brown the kataif.

    Once the kataif is browned, remove it and mix it with the pistachio cream until well combined.

    After melting the chocolate, pour a first layer into a silicone mold.

    Over the first layer, add the pistachio and kataif filling.

    Cover the first layer and the filling with chocolate.

    Refrigerate for 30 minutes - 1 hour.
