Fill a tall glass (highball type) with plenty of ice cubes to keep the drink cold for as long as possible.
Pour 40 ml of Zacapa 23 Centenario rum over the ice. This premium rum will provide the flavorful and velvety base of the cocktail.
Top up the glass with your favorite tonic water (approximately 150 ml). Pour slowly to preserve the effervescence.
Chef's tip
For an optimal experience, use a high-quality (premium) tonic water that does not overpower the complex notes of the Zacapa rum.
