Bánh Tráng Nướng este o pizza vietnameză stradală crocantă și delicioasă, realizată pe o foaie de orez prăjită în tigaie, umplută cu ou, șuncă, brânză topită și ceapă verde. O gustare rapidă și distractivă pentru întreaga familie.

Spring roll rice wrappers 2 foi de orez pentru spring rolls

Eggs 2 bucăți de ouă

Spring onion 1 bucată de ceapă verde

Edam cheese 50 g de brânză Edam

Sliced pork ham 50 g de șuncă de porc feliată

Sunflower oil 1 lingură de ulei de floarea soarelui

Sriracha sauce 1 linguriță de sos Sriracha

Preparation method

Heat a dry pan over low heat and place a rice paper sheet on it.

Crack an egg directly onto the rice paper sheet and spread it evenly over the entire surface using a spoon or a brush.

Sprinkle the chopped ham, grated cheese, and finely chopped spring onion on top.

Chef's tip

Tip for parents: For children, serve the slices without spicy sauce; adults can add Sriracha sauce directly on top.

Advance preparation: Although it keeps in the fridge until the next day, it is most delicious and crispy when freshly prepared in the morning, before school.
