- 1 kg of apples
- 125 g of butter
- 200 g of sugar
- 4 pcs of eggs
- 200 g of superior white wheat flour 000
- 8 g of vanilla sugar
- 10 g of cinnamon
Instructions
- 1Peel the apples and leave them whole. Remove the cores.
- 2In a pot, sprinkle sugar over which butter cubes are placed.
- 3Place the apples one by one and sprinkle cinnamon in the core's place, then insert butter cubes.
- 4Place the pot in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10-15 minutes, until the apples soften.
- 5Meanwhile, prepare the batter.
- 6Separate the egg whites and beat them with vanilla sugar until they become a foam.
- 7Add the egg yolks and flour.
- 8Remove the pot from the oven and add the batter mixture over the apples.
- 9Return the pot to the oven and remove when the batter is baked.
- 10For extra flavor, whipped cream or ice cream can be added over the cake.
