Descoperă o combinație rafinată de arome dulci și sărate în acest sandviș cald irezistibil. Brânza Brie cremoasă se topește perfect alături de feliile de măr infuzate în vin alb și dulceața acrișoară de merișoare, totul între două felii de pâine toast crocantă. Preparation method
Ingredient preparation
Halve the apple, remove the core, and cut the flesh into thin slices of approximately 3 mm. Place them in a bowl, pour white wine over them, and mix well to infuse.
Cut the Brie cheese into suitable slices. Spread softened butter on one side of the toast slices.
Assembly and frying
Heat a pan over low heat and place a slice of bread, buttered side down. Arrange a few slices of Brie cheese on top, then apple slices drained of wine, sprinkle with a little arugula, and spread a layer of cranberry jam. Cover with another slice of bread, this time with the buttered side up.
Chef's tip
For extra texture, you can add some crushed roasted walnuts inside the sandwich. Serve it immediately while the cheese is still hot and gooey!
