Ginger Infusion Preparation
Peel the ginger and cut it into small pieces. Pour approximately 200 ml of boiling water over it and let it infuse for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, strain the water, add the brown sugar, stir until dissolved, and let the infusion cool completely.
Lemonade Assembly
Slice the cucumber thinly and cut the canned pear into small cubes.
Chef's tip
For a special visual effect, use a vegetable peeler to cut the cucumber into long, thin strips and place them along the inside walls of the glass.
