Sezamo
Cotlet suculent de porc la grătar, marinat cu usturoi, cimbru și boia dulce. Rumenit la perfecțiune pe grătar și presărat cu pătrunjel verde proaspăt.
Preparation method
Preparation and marinating
Peel and crush the garlic cloves in a large bowl. Add the sunflower oil, dried thyme, sweet paprika, salt, and ground black pepper, then mix well until you get an aromatic marinade.
Pat the pork tomahawk or pork chops dry with paper towels. Rub the meat generously on all sides with the flavorful marinade mixture and let it rest at room temperature for 20-30 minutes before grilling.
Grilling and serving
Preheat the grill thoroughly over medium-high heat and clean the grate with a brush. Place the meat on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, until appetizing browned grill marks form and the meat is cooked through yet juicy.
Chef's tip
Leaving the meat at room temperature before cooking ensures even browning and prevents the chops from drying out on the grill.
Do not pierce the meat with a fork during grilling; use tongs to keep all the delicious juices inside.
