Sezamo
Preparation method
Ingredient preparation
Wash and pat dry the chicken breast with a paper towel, then cut it into bite-sized strips or cubes. Season the meat generously with 1 teaspoon of sea salt and 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper.
Wash the white grapes and remove the grapes from the bunch. Peel the onion and slice it into thin strips, and lightly crush the garlic cloves with the flat of a knife.
Skillet cooking
In a large, deep skillet, heat the 30 ml of extra virgin olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and brown them for 6-8 minutes, turning them on all sides until golden and crispy.
Chef's tip
For extra flavor, you can add a few small cubes of crumbled feta cheese on top at the end, which will partially melt into the warm wine and grape sauce.
Choose seedless white grapes (such as the Victoria or Cotton Candy variety) for an impeccable texture in the sauce.
