  • 150 g parsnip
  • 150 g potatoes
  • 300 g egg mayonnaise
  • 700 g chicken breast
  • 300 g pickled gherkins

    Choose your favorite vegetables: carrots, peas, potatoes, parsnips, onions.

    Boil them all until they become soft.

    Let them cool and cut them into small pieces.

    In addition to these vegetables, cut pickles of your choice (we recommend gherkins and bell peppers).

    In a pot, boil the beef or chicken. After it has boiled, let it cool and cut it into small pieces.
