Boil the whole wheat pasta in salted water, according to package instructions. Meanwhile, let the frozen peas thaw slightly and drain the tuna well from its juice.

Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and rinse it under cold water to stop the cooking process. Let it drain well, then transfer it to a large bowl.

Add the finely chopped green onion, tuna, corn, peas, plain yogurt, and lemon juice to the pasta. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Chef's tip
You can replace plain yogurt with Greek yogurt for an even creamier texture. If you want an extra touch of freshness, add a little grated lemon zest.
