Ingredients

  • 800 grams of white potatoes
  • 4 boiled eggs
  • one piece of leek
  • 200 ml of cooking cream
  • 100 grams of hard cheese (gouda)
  • 20 grams of butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sweet paprika
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 200 °C and grease a baking dish with butter.

    Slice the boiled potatoes and eggs. Clean the leek and cut it into rounds.

    Layer the potatoes, leeks, and eggs alternately in the baking dish. Lightly season each layer with salt and pepper.

    In a bowl, mix the cream with ground paprika and pour evenly over the potatoes.

    Sprinkle grated cheese on top.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, until the cheese turns golden.
