Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 100 ml
  • 80 g of feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • one bell pepper
  • a handful of broccoli
  • 30 grams of peas
  • one green onion

Method of preparation

    Beat the eggs in a bowl together with the cream, salt, pepper, and chopped herbs.

    Heat the oil in an oven-safe pan and briefly sauté the chopped vegetables.

    Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables and let it set at the base, over low heat, for 3–4 minutes.

    Sprinkle crumbled or grated cheese on top.

    Place the pan in the preheated oven at 180 °C and bake for 8–10 minutes, until the surface is set.
