Ingredients
- 180 g of carrot
- a handful of green onion
- 50 g of white flour
- 2 eggs
- one garlic clove
- a few thyme leaves
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
For the sauce
- 150 g of semi-skimmed cottage cheese
- one garlic clove
- a pinch of salt
- a handful of parsley
Method of preparation
- 1Peel and finely grate the carrots. Place them in a bowl and add the finely chopped green onion, a crushed garlic clove, thyme leaves, eggs, and flour. Season with salt and pepper, then mix everything until you get a compact and sticky dough.
- 2Heat a pan with enough oil. When it's hot, add spoonfuls of dough and form fritters. Fry them on both sides until golden and well-cooked, then remove them to a plate lined with paper towel to absorb excess oil.
- 3Mix the cottage cheese with the crushed garlic and finely chopped parsley. Season with salt and homogenize.
