Sezamo
O salată clasică franțuzească, bogată și plină de arome mediteraneene. Combinația de ton suculent, anșoa sărat, cartofi fragezi și fasole verde crocantă face din această salată un prânz sau o cină completă și extrem de satisfăcătoare. Dressingul cu muștar boabe și ierburi de Provence leagă perfect toate ingredientele într-o explozie de prospețime.

Preparing vegetables and eggs
Clean the potatoes with a brush or peel them. Leave small potatoes whole, and cut larger ones into quarters. Place them in a pot, cover with boiling water, add salt, and boil for 10 minutes.
While the potatoes are boiling, prepare the green beans: wash them, trim the ends and remove any side strings, then cut the pods in half. After 10 minutes of boiling the potatoes, add the green beans to the same pot and boil everything for another 8 minutes. Drain the potatoes and beans and rinse them with cold water to stop the cooking process.
Boil the eggs separately until hard (approximately 8-10 minutes), then cool them in cold water and peel them.
Chef's tip
For a more intense flavor, you can use high-quality tuna preserved in olive oil and use some of that oil in the dressing.
