Preparation method
Start by preparing the filling: In a medium-sized bowl, mix the cream cheese with the lemon juice. Peel the garlic, crush it, and add it to the bowl, then mix well until smooth. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the tortillas on a work surface. Spread one-third of the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla, covering the entire surface. In the center of each tortilla, place one-third of the turkey ham, ensuring the slices do not overlap too much and cover as much of the surface as possible. Repeat the same process with the baby spinach leaves. Make sure to leave a 1-2 cm margin on one side of the tortilla without ham and spinach (only with cream cheese), so that the roll sticks well at the end.
Tightly roll each tortilla towards the free edge. If the roll doesn't stay fixed, you can use a toothpick to secure it.
