Preparation method

Start by preheating the oven to 210 °C. Prepare a baking tray and line it with baking paper.

Drain the canned chickpeas, rinse them well, and dry them with a clean kitchen towel (it's important for them to be dry to become crispy). Place the chickpeas in a medium-sized bowl.

Add the smoked paprika, the 2 tablespoons of oil, and the salt, then mix well until all the chickpeas are evenly coated.

Chef's tip

For extra flavor, you can also add a little garlic powder or ground cumin to the spice mixture.
