Un desert rafinat și sănătos, perfect pentru micul dejun sau ca o gustare dulce fără vinovăție. Straturile cremoase de brânză de vaci și ricotta se îmbină armonios cu merele coapte aromate cu scorțișoară și un caramel artizanal preparat din curmale Medjool. Textura crocantă a biscuiților integrali și a alunelor de pădure completează această experiență culinară deosebită.
Preparation method
Preparing the date caramel
Place the dates in water and let them soak for one hour. Afterwards, remove the pits, place them in a blender, and blend them. Add the cooking cream and 3 tablespoons of water, then blend again briefly until a smooth consistency is obtained.
Baking the apples
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Peel the apples, remove the core, and cut them into small cubes. Sprinkle with one teaspoon of ground cinnamon, mix well, and spread them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 15 minutes.
Preparing the cream and assembly
Crush the wholemeal biscuits. For the cream, mix the cottage cheese, yogurt, ricotta, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Chef's tip
For an even more intense flavor, you can lightly toast the hazelnuts in a dry pan before chopping them. Leftover date caramel can be stored in the refrigerator and used over pancakes or oatmeal.
