Preparation of chocolate and hazelnut cream
Start by preparing the chocolate and hazelnut cream. In a small saucepan, pour 200 ml of milk, add the chocolate broken into pieces and the brown sugar. Heat over low to medium heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring until the chocolate and sugar are completely dissolved.
Meanwhile, dissolve the chocolate pudding powder in the remaining 50 ml of cold milk, mixing well with a whisk to avoid lumps.
Once the chocolate has melted, add the milk and pudding mixture to the saucepan. Continue to cook over low heat, stirring continuously for 2-3 minutes, until the mixture thickens.
Chef's tip
You can decorate each portion with roasted, coarsely chopped hazelnuts for an extra crunchy texture.
