Preparation method

Grate the Gouda cheese on the small grater. Peel the onion and chop it finely. Defrost the spinach and drain it well of excess water.

Preheat the oven to 170 °C. Prepare a tart pan with a diameter of approximately 25 cm and line it with baking paper.

Sprinkle a little flour on the work surface. Roll out the puff pastry with a rolling pin until you get a square with a thickness of 2-3 mm. Place the dough in the pan, so that the edges rise at least 2 cm up the sides of the pan, and the corners remain outside.
Chef's tip
For an even crispier crust, you can prick the bottom of the dough with a fork before adding the filling.
