Începe-ți ziua cu un plus de energie! Acest milkshake cu banane și fulgi de ovăz este gustarea perfectă, rapidă și hrănitoare, gata în doar 5 minute. Combinația de iaurt cremos, banană dulce și un praf de scorțișoară îl face irezistibil atât pentru micul dejun, cât și ca o gustare sănătoasă între mese.

  • 1 pc of medium banana
  • 30 g of fine oat flakes
  • 100 g of plain yogurt 3.5% fat
  • 50 ml of semi-skimmed milk 1.5%
  • 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
For serving (optional)
  • 1 tsp of cocoa powder

Prepare the blender. Peel the banana and break it into smaller pieces.

Put the banana, fine rolled oats, plain yogurt, milk, and cinnamon into the blender. Blend everything at high speed until you get a smooth and creamy mixture. If you want a more chocolatey version, now is the time to add the cocoa powder as well.

Pour the fresh milkshake into a tall glass and serve it immediately to benefit from all the nutritional properties.

Chef's tip

On hot summer days, you can serve the milkshake with a few ice cubes or use a frozen banana for a thicker, ice cream-like texture.
