Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 180–185 °C and prepare an ovenproof dish (approximately 20 cm × 25 cm).

In a large bowl, place the oat flakes. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat (approximately 2–3 minutes), then pour it over the oat flakes. Add the honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon, then mix everything well until combined.

Place the frozen blueberries at the bottom of the baking dish, sprinkle cornstarch over them, and mix gently. Distribute the previously prepared oat mixture evenly over the blueberries, covering them completely.
Chef's tip
You can serve this crumble with a few fresh blueberries or a spoonful of Greek yogurt for extra freshness.
