Preparing the Mixture

Preheat the oven to 180–185 °C. Prepare a baking tray and line it with baking paper.

Cook the red lentils according to the package instructions (usually 10-15 minutes). After cooking, drain them well and rinse under cold running water to stop the cooking process.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked lentils, marjoram, sunflower oil, salt, pepper, crushed garlic, finely grated carrot, eggs, and finely chopped onion. Use an immersion blender to mix everything until you get a homogeneous mixture.
