Preparation method

In a large bowl, place 300 g of flour, butter (at room temperature), cottage cheese, and 1 egg. Knead well until you obtain a homogeneous dough.

Wrap the prepared dough in cling film and refrigerate for 30–45 minutes to chill.

Dust the work surface with the remaining 30 g of flour. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll it out with a rolling pin until it reaches a thickness of approximately 2 mm.
