Preheat the oven to 180–185 °C and prepare an oven-safe dish (approximately 20 cm × 25 cm).

In a large bowl, add the fine oat flakes. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat (approximately 2–3 minutes), then pour it over the oat flakes. Add the liquid honey, vanilla essence, and ground cinnamon, then mix everything well until combined.

Place the frozen blueberries at the bottom of the baking dish, sprinkle cornstarch over them, and mix gently. Distribute the previously prepared oat mixture evenly over the blueberries, so that they are completely covered.
Chef's tip
You can serve this crumble with a spoonful of Greek yogurt or a few fresh blueberries for added freshness.
