Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Prepare a baking dish (approximately 10 cm × 15 cm) and line it with baking paper.

In a large bowl, mix the spelt flour with the oat flakes and baking powder. Add the milk, yogurt, the 2 eggs, honey, and the 2 tablespoons of oil. Mix everything until you get a homogeneous batter.

Carefully fold the blueberries into the batter, then pour the mixture into the prepared dish. If using frozen blueberries, there is no need to thaw them beforehand.
Chef's tip
For a more intense flavor, you can add a little grated lemon zest or vanilla extract to the batter.
