Preparing the mixture

Prepare a small tray that fits in the freezer and line it with baking paper.

Drain the chickpeas and rinse them well under cold running water. Place the rinsed chickpeas in a blender, add the almond flour, oat flakes, honey, and soft butter. Blend everything until you get a smooth paste. If the mixture is too thick, gradually add 3-4 tablespoons of water to achieve a pliable consistency.
Shaping and chilling

From the obtained mixture, form balls of approximately 30-35 g each (you should get about 12 pieces) and place them on the prepared tray. Put the tray in the freezer for at least 2 hours, until the candies are well hardened.
Chef's tip
For a vegan option, you can replace butter with coconut oil and honey with agave syrup.
