Preparing the Chia Jam

Place 350 g of frozen strawberries in a small saucepan and heat them for 5-8 minutes over medium heat, until they soften and release juice. Lightly mash them with a fork.

Remove the saucepan from the heat, add 2 tablespoons of honey, 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, and 3 tablespoons of chia seeds. Mix well and let the jam cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to thicken.
Preparing the Dough and Baking

In a small saucepan, melt 70 g of butter over low heat. Add 300 ml of milk and heat the mixture until it is lukewarm (slightly above room temperature).
