Preparing the Yogurt

Start by preparing the yogurt base. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the pressed garlic, finely chopped fresh dill, and a pinch of salt. Leave it at room temperature for the flavors to meld.
Poaching the Eggs

In a large pot, bring 2-3 liters of water to a boil along with the vinegar. When the water starts to boil, reduce the heat so that the water is just gently simmering.

Crack an egg into a small bowl. Create a whirlpool in the water with a spoon and carefully pour the egg into the center of the whirlpool. Cook the egg for 3-4 minutes, until the egg white is set but the yolk remains soft.
