  • 300 g fine oat flakes
  • 70 g liquid honey
  • 50 g unsalted butter 82% fat
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 50 g smooth peanut butter
  • 70 g dried cranberries (finely chopped)
  • 1 pinch table salt

First, preheat the oven to 180 °C and line a small baking tray (approximately 25 cm × 30 cm) with baking paper.

In a large bowl, mix the oat flakes, honey, butter, vanilla extract, peanut butter, cranberries, and a pinch of salt. Press the resulting mixture firmly into the tray, first with your palm and then with the bottom of a glass, to remove air bubbles and prevent the bars from breaking when cut. Bake for 20–25 minutes at 170–180 °C.

After baking, remove the mixture from the tray, let it cool for at least 35 minutes, and then cut it into bars (preferably with a bread knife).

Chef's tip

For an even richer texture, you can also add some pumpkin seeds or chopped nuts to the mixture.
