- 200 g cottage cheese
- 145 g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- one egg for brushing
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 200 °C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 2Mix the cottage cheese until creamy, then combine it in a bowl with the flour and baking powder.
- 3Knead until you get a soft and slightly sticky dough, then continue kneading for at least 4 minutes, until it becomes elastic.
- 4Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces, about 80 g each, and shape each piece into a flat disc, make a hole in the center, and form it into a bagel. Place them on the prepared tray, brush them with beaten egg, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
