Ingredients

  • 160 g of whole spelt flour
  • 170 g of cottage cheese
  • 1 pc of chicken eggs
  • 2.5 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Baking paper

Instructions

    In a large bowl, mix the spelt flour, cottage cheese, egg, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Knead the dough by hand until all ingredients are well combined.

    Let the dough rest in the bowl for 10–15 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 170 °C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

    From the rested dough, form 4 equally sized buns and place them on the prepared tray. Put the tray into the preheated oven and bake for 30–35 minutes at 165–170 °C. The buns are ready when they are golden on the surface and soft to the touch.
