Ingredients

  • 150 g of tuna in its own juice
  • 60 g of oat flakes
  • 1 pc of egg
  • 45 ml of water
  • 10 g of flour

    Preheat the oven to 180 °C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

    Drain the liquid from the tuna, place it in a bowl, and mash it with a fork.

    Add the egg and 3 tablespoons of water, then mix well.

    Incorporate the oat flakes and flour and knead until you get a homogeneous dough.

    Shape the dough into approximately 40 small balls and place them on the tray.

    Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden.

    Once cooled, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator (shelf life: 7–10 days).
