Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Prepare a baking tray and line it with baking paper.

Unroll the puff pastry and cut it into 20 equal squares.

In a small bowl, mix the ketchup with dried oregano and basil. Spread this mixture over each pastry square, leaving a margin of approximately 2 mm free.
Chef's tip
For extra flavor, you can sprinkle a little grated Parmesan over the pockets before putting them in the oven.
