Preparing ingredients and meat
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and season with salt. Cut the mushrooms into quarters and break the broccoli into small florets. Finely chop the onion and slice the garlic thinly.
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry the chicken on all sides until golden. Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside. In the same pan, add the mushrooms and onion, sauté them, then add the garlic slices. Sauté for another minute and remove the pan from the heat.
Cooking pasta and assembly
Cook the pasta according to package instructions, drain it, and reserve 200 ml of the cooking water. Boil the broccoli in salted water until slightly tender (al dente). Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
