Aceasta mixtura de porc suculent, legume crocante si taietei de orez este solutia ideala pentru o cina delicioasa, gata in doar 30 de minute. Sosul bogat in soia si ghimbirul proaspat ofera acea nota autentica de stir-fry pe care o vei adora.

Place the rice noodles in a bowl and pour boiling water over them until completely covered. Set aside to soften.

Cut the pork loin into thin slices of approximately 2 mm. Place the slices in a small bowl, mix them with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce (from the total amount), 1 tablespoon of oil, salt and pepper, then place the bowl in the refrigerator.

Clean the mushrooms and cut them into quarters. Peel the carrot and cut it into thin strips. Peel the onion and garlic; cut the onion into thin slices and coarsely chop the garlic. Peel the ginger and cut it into small cubes. Separate the Chinese cabbage into white and green parts: cut the white part into approx. 2 cm cubes, and the green part into wider strips.

Chef's tip

For extra flavor, you can sprinkle toasted sesame seeds or chopped green onions on top before serving.
